Return Policy

 

Gussy Up ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
 
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Gussy Up does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. Final sale on all accessories.
